What affects the total?
- Number of teeth: many smile makeovers treat the 6 to 10 teeth that show when you smile
- Porcelain or composite: porcelain resists stains and lasts longer; composite costs less and can be done faster
- Preparation needs: whitening first, gum contouring or replacing old fillings
- Protection: a night guard if you grind your teeth
Is a cheaper option enough?
